Embark on a tranquil sunset stroll, where wildlife and culture flourish....
This more leisurely stroll along the Wulyibidi Yanayina (Peron Walk Trail) is a wonderful opportunity to encounter native wildlife out feeding and discover the many uses of the land that has sustained life for thousands of years.
Make your way up into "Red Sand Country" and marvel at a truly spectacular sunset. You will also get the chance to explore an Aboriginal (Gnurra) Camp, where an Aboriginal Mia Mia (hut) becomes your makeshift classroom as your guide reveals customary Aboriginal knowhow, including knowledge of tools and the mapping of local Aboriginal Tribal regions.

*The Dusk 'Maru Maru' Dreaming Tour departs from the Monkey Mia Amphitheatre (opposite Monkey Mia Jetty). Rates valid till 31 March 2012.

Capes, you are a legend thanks for informative, fun and enlightening walk in the Red Sand Country. An easy pace even for my bung knee. Seeing the land through your eyes brings a completely new dimension to this arid landscape. So rich and full of history. Thank you for your open sharing so we may learn.
